Role Description The Recruitment Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Uttar Pradesh, India. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, and coordinating and conducting interviews in collaboration with hiring managers.

The Recruitment

Specialist will oversee the hiring process from initial contact to offer acceptance,



ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with organizational requirements. They will maintain talent pipelines, support onboarding activities, and collaborate with HR and business leaders to forecast staffing needs. The role also includes contributing to employer branding initiatives and supporting training or orientation programs to help recent team members integrate effectively.

Qualifications

- Strong Recruiting and Hiring skills, with experience managing full-cycle recruitment.
- Proficiency in Interviewing techniques and candidate assessment.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in Training or onboarding new employees or supporting induction programs.
- Previous experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Talent Acquisition professional, or in a similar HR role.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, recruitment platforms, and basic HR processes.
- Ability to work on-site in Uttar Pradesh, manage multiple roles simultaneously, and meet hiring timelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Knowledge of the manufacturing or consumer goods sector in India is beneficial, along with an understanding of local labor market trends.
