About the Job

Wroots Global is looking for enthusiastic, energetic and result-oriented Recruitment Consultants to join our growing recruitment team.

The selected candidates will be responsible for sourcing, screening, engaging and recruiting candidates for various domestic and international BPO and call centre hiring requirements.

This role requires excellent communication skills, strong candidate engagement abilities and the ability to work in a target-driven recruitment environment.

Freshers with excellent communication skills and experienced candidates from recruitment, telecalling or customer service backgrounds are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

1. Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals and other recruitment channels.
2. Handle high-volume recruitment for domestic and international BPO and call centre requirements.
3. Conduct initial telephonic screening to assess candidates' communication skills, experience, eligibility and interest.
4. Explain job profiles, salary structures, work locations, shift timings and other employment details to candidates.
5. Engage and convince potential candidates to ensure interview participation and successful conversions.
6. Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and client recruitment teams.
7. Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process to minimize interview no-shows and dropouts.
8. Maintain daily recruitment trackers, candidate databases and ATS records.
9. Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sourcing, interview and joining targets.
10. Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely closure of open positions.
11. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and upcoming hiring requirements.

Skills Required
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong verbal communication and convincing abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Understanding of recruitment and candidate sourcing.




- Ability to handle high-volume outbound calling and candidate follow-ups.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented approach and willingness to work in a rapid-paced environment.

Additional Requirements
1. Graduates from any discipline are preferred.
2. Freshers and candidates with 6 months to 3 years of experience in recruitment, telecalling, customer service or BPO hiring can apply.
3. Candidates with prior experience in domestic or international call centre recruitment will have an added advantage.
4. Should be comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
5. Should be comfortable working with daily and monthly recruitment targets.
6. Should have a positive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
