Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant with proven experience recruiting Allied Health Professionals for the UK healthcare sector. The role involves sourcing and placing qualified AHP candidates, managing client requirements, and supporting the recruitment process from initial engagement through placement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for AHP vacancies across UK healthcare clients.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, recruitment databases, referrals and networking.
- Screen candidates based on qualifications, professional registration, experience and role requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers and placements.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified Allied Health Professionals.
- Coordinate relevant compliance checks, including qualifications, professional registration,



references and background checks, as applicable.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Work towards agreed recruitment targets and placement goals.

Candidate Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in UK healthcare recruitment.
- Proven experience hiring Allied Health Professionals for UK healthcare roles.
- Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation and candidate management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a target-driven environment.
- Comfortable working the specified UK shift.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹39,000.00 per month
