Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented IT Recruiter with 24 years of experience in end-to-end IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring IT professionals across various technical domains. The candidate must possess strong communication, negotiation, and candidate management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete end-to-end IT recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand hiring requirements and job descriptions from hiring managers.
- Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and communication.
- Recruit for various IT positions, including:

- Software Developers

- Java Developers

- Python Developers
- .NET Developers

- Frontend and Backend Developers

- Full Stack Developers

- DevOps Engineers

- QA / Automation Testers

- Business Analysts




- IT Support and Infrastructure Professionals
- Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate salaries, manage offers, and ensure successful candidate closures.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily/weekly MIS reports.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Achieve monthly hiring targets and meet recruitment turnaround time (TAT).

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Robust knowledge of IT technologies, technical roles, and hiring terminology.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals.
- Excellent sourcing, screening, and candidate evaluation skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
