Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated R2R professional with 3 to 4 years of experience in Finance & Accounting operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong Record to Report process knowledge, hands-on SAP experience, excellent communication skills, and a continuous improvement mindset focused on automation and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform end-to-end Record to Report (R2R) activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, month-end close,

Sox control testing, and financial reporting.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of close activities in line with established SLAs and control requirements.
- Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations and resolve open items promptly.
- Manage stakeholder and client interactions professionally, providing timely updates and issue resolution.




- Identify process improvement opportunities and drive automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline accounting processes and strengthen controls.
- Support audits, compliance requirements, and documentation activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3 to 4 years of experience in Record to Report (R2R) processes.
- Hands-on experience with SAP ECC or SAP .
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and month-end close activities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage client and stakeholder relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Continuous Improvement (CI) and automation mindset with a focus on process optimization.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in shared services/BPO environment.
- Commerce graduate B com, MBA in Finance.
- S4Hanna end user training and certification.
