Fairdeal Realtors Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Real Estate Sourcing Executive to identify, source, and verify commercial properties across Mumbai. The role involves field visits, property data collection, CRM management, and supporting the sales team with property-related operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and verify commercial properties across Mumbai.
- Collect property details through field visits and online sources.
- Maintain accurate and updated property records in the CRM.
- Share regular updates with the team.
- Independently manage field activities.
- Assist the sales team with property inspections and operational requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

- Undergraduate or graduate candidates can apply.
- Basic verbal and written communication skills.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in any field preferred.




- Must be comfortable travelling across Mumbai.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.
