Job Overview

Organisation is seeking a detail-oriented Real Estate Analyst to explore real estate market intelligence, land due diligence, handling revenue records, and investment specific research. The role requires comprehensive knowledge of end to end real estate cycle from Green-field to the Asset management stage.

Pre-development of Projects and the ability to project data into structured databases, analytical reports, and management insights to support investment decisions will be an additional advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain the centralised land database covering acquired land parcels, potential scouted lands,
- Detailed survey numbers list, comprehensive & derived land extent, planned vs acquired shape of lands for efficiency planning.
- Assessment of nature of lands, zoning regulations, govt-notifications, reservations, restrictions, govt-masterplan-inclusions & exclusions.
- Complete title ownership, title opinion from land-owners, title status, litigations, revenue-restrictions, revenue-errors, revenue-corrections.
- Conduct relative research on land prices, comparable transactions, industrial corridors and development potential.
- Influential project region rentals, competing projects, market trends across our current and future projects.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of industrial parks, logistics parks, warehouse developments, major occupiers, and upcoming projects.




- Review and organise land documents, revenue records, title due diligence reports, encumbrance details, zoning information, and statutory approval status in coordination with the Legal and Liaison teams.
- Analyse macro-market and micro-market trends, infrastructure developments, land valuation benchmarks, and real estate supply and demand.
- Maintain land acquisition pipeline records, documentation trackers, project status reports, and consolidated land bank dashboards.
- Validate data received from field teams, consultants, and internal departments, ensuring consistency and accuracy across databases.
- Prepare market comparables, location assessment reports, land research summaries, and management presentations.
- Develop Excel-based dashboards, data templates, and reporting systems to support investment evaluation and strategic planning.

Qualifications & Skills

- MBA in Finance, Real Estate, or a related discipline preferred.
- Approximately 7 years of relevant experience in real estate research, market intelligence, land data management, or investment analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, data analytics, database management, and management reporting.
- Solid understanding of land revenue records, zoning regulations, title due diligence, and real estate market dynamics.
- Familiarity with Google Earth, GIS mapping, and geospatial data analysis preferred.
- Strong analytical, documentation, research, and data validation skills.
