About this Role

We are seeking a Finance Transformation & RTR Specialist to join our FSSC team in Pune. This role focuses on Record to Report (RTR) finance operations, cross-functional project delivery, process improvement and automation across General Ledger, Real Estate Accounting/IFRS 16, Accounts Payable Accounting (APA), Billing and Order to Cash (OTC).

You will independently manage finance projects from initiation through completion, partnering with stakeholders across functions to identify issues, conduct detailed analysis and develop practical solutions that improve process quality, accuracy and efficiency.

What you will do

- Engage with stakeholders across Real Estate, OTC, Billing, APA and General Ledger functions to deliver finance projects.
- Independently lead and manage multiple projects from initiation through successful completion.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis across Real Estate Accounting/IFRS 16, APA, Billing and OTC to identify issues and improve project outcomes.
- Identify opportunities for process automation,



simplification and innovation across finance functions.
- Develop new project and improvement ideas and lead their implementation through to closure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable effective project execution and timely delivery.
- Support end-to-end finance operations, with a focus on accuracy, compliance and timely completion.
- Lead automation initiatives designed to simplify finance processes and improve quality.
- Apply knowledge of IFRS 16 to Real Estate Accounting activities and related financial reporting.
- Analyse financial and operational data, identify patterns and generate meaningful insights for stakeholders.
- Ensure assigned projects are completed within agreed timelines.

Who you are

- A qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), ACCA or MBA professional with approximately 8+ years of experience in RTR and/or FP&A.;
- Experienced in accounting principles and IFRS, including a sound understanding of IFRS 16.
- Experienced in one or more relevant finance areas such as Real Estate Accounting, APA, Billing, OTC or General Ledger.
- Experienced in working with SAP within a finance environment.
- Able to demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, including interpreting data, recognising patterns and developing meaningful insights.
- Effective at stakeholder management and communicating across different functions and organisational levels.
- Comfortable collaborating across multiple teams while independently managing projects.
- Proactive in identifying opportunities for process improvement, automation and simplification.
- Equipped with sound accounting knowledge and a collaborative, solution-focused approach.
