Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Generate qualified leads through various channels and convert them into successful sales.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.

- Guide customers through the complete sales cycle—from inquiry to booking and post-sales coordination.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.

- Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate sales executives for improved performance.

- Monitor daily sales activities, team productivity, and sales reports.

- Coordinate with developers, channel partners, and internal departments to ensure smooth transactions.

- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches.

- Negotiate pricing and close deals while maintaining high customer satisfaction.





- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain accurate CRM records.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- 3–5 years of proven experience in real estate sales, with at least 1–2 years in a team handling or managerial role.

- Strong knowledge of residential and commercial real estate markets.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

- Customer-focused approach with excellent relationship-building skills.

- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
