Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Real Estate Agent to help clients buy, sell, and rent residential or commercial properties. The successful candidate will generate leads, conduct property viewings, negotiate transactions, and guide clients through the complete real estate process.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through referrals, networking, digital marketing, and property portals.
- Understand clients' budgets, preferences, and property requirements.
- Identify and recommend suitable properties.
- Conduct site visits and property viewings.
- Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and developers.
- Prepare property listings with accurate descriptions, pricing, and photographs.
- Advise clients on market trends, pricing, financing, and legal procedures.
- Negotiate property prices, terms, and agreements.
- Coordinate documentation, verification, and transaction closure.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain updated records in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales or leasing targets.
- Ensure compliance with applicable real estate regulations and company policies.





Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Previous experience in real estate, sales, or customer service is an advantage.
- Robust communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of the local property market.
- Ability to generate leads and close deals.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Basic proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and property portals.
- Willingness to travel locally and work flexible hours.
- Valid driving licence and personal vehicle preferred.
- Relevant real estate registration or licence, where required.
