QUALIFICATION

B.Tech / M.Tech in Food Technology OR B.E Mechanical with Food Industry Experience

:1. Production Planning & Execution Achieve daily/monthly production targets for ketchup & sauces.

Control recipe - Tomato Pulp, Sugar, Spices, Vinegar, Preservatives as per SOP.Monitor critical parameters: Brix, pH, Acidity, Viscosity, Cooking Temp.

1. Line OperationHandling fully automatic sauce production line: Steam Kettle, Colloidal Mill, Pasteurizer, Bottle Filling Machine, Pouch Machine.Ensure smooth filling, capping, labeling & secondary packing.
2. Quality & Food SafetyWork with QA to maintain taste,



color & consistency in every batch.Strictly follow FSSAI, HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP.
3. Team ManagementHandle 15-30 workers per shift.Ensure discipline, hygiene and safety training.
4. Reporting Daily Production Report (DPR), Yield Report, Wastage Report, Manpower Report.Maintain Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR).

SKILLS NEEDED:Must have experience in SAUCE / KETCHUP plant Knowledge of CIP, SIP, Food Plant Hygiene Good in Manpower Handling & Machine Troubleshooting Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
