Are you an experienced Product Owner with a strong background in Enterprise IT, Data, Analytics, Digital, Automation, or AI Products?

We are looking for a skilled R&D; Product Owner who can translate business priorities into delivery-ready requirements, manage product backlogs, and drive digital and data product execution in a complex enterprise environment.

? Experience Required: 7+ Years in the following areas

? Key Requirements

1. Product Ownership in Enterprise IT

- 7+ years of experience in Enterprise IT, combining business-facing product ownership with delivery execution.
- Ability to manage domain priorities, product-level trade-offs, and dependencies.

2. Backlog Refinement & Delivery Readiness

- 7+ years of experience translating approved business priorities into epics, features, and user stories.
- Expertise in feature decomposition, backlog structuring, and acceptance criteria definition.
- Identify dependencies, technical constraints, and data readiness requirements.
- Prepare delivery-ready inputs for PI and sprint planning.
- Work closely with IT SHM / Product Managers while owning backlog clarity, delivery readiness, and execution quality.

3. Data, Analytics, Digital, Automation & AI Products – Must Have

- Experience understanding existing systems, data landscapes, business processes, and integrations to develop scalable digital, data, and AI solutions.
- Business analysis and delivery experience for enterprise digital, data, analytics,



and AI solutions within complex global organizations.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end data and analytics lifecycles, including data ingestion, modeling, transformation, analytics consumption, and operationalization of insights.
- Hands-on experience supporting the design, implementation, and adoption of business applications and workflow-based digital solutions across multiple business units.
- Experience with analytics, AI, and ML-enabled solutions, including requirements definition, use-case shaping, model integration into business processes, and platform/data governance alignment.
- Solid knowledge of data modeling, data integration, data quality, and structured datasets for reporting, advanced analytics, and AI use cases.
- Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL or similar querying technologies.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with data engineers and analytics teams.
- Broad understanding of enterprise cloud ecosystems, including productivity platforms, data platforms, and cloud services supporting analytics and AI workloads.
