Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Export Sales Coordinator to manage international sales operations, coordinate export activities, develop customer relationships, and ensure smooth execution of export orders from enquiry to final shipment.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle export sales enquiries from international customers and overseas distributors.
- Prepare and share quotations, proforma invoices, and commercial offers.
- Coordinate with overseas customers regarding orders, pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
- Process export orders and coordinate with production, purchase, stores, quality, and logistics departments.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain export payment records.
- Handle customer complaints, order amendments, and shipment-related issues.
- Maintain export sales reports, customer databases, and order tracking records.
- Coordinate with banks for export documentation and foreign payment realization.
- Support overseas market development and identify new business opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Any Degree / MBA in International Business, Marketing, or related field.




- 58 years of experience in Export Sales Coordination, preferably in a manufacturing company.
- Solid knowledge of export documentation and international trade procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Good negotiation, coordination, and customer relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and ERP software.
- Ability to independently handle export orders.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in manufacturing / engineering / industrial products.
- Experience in handling international customers and overseas markets.
- Knowledge of export regulations and banking procedures.
- Ability to coordinate independently with internal departments and external agencies.
