Role :- Embedded AI Test Automation Architect

Job Description -

Design and architect scalable test automation frameworks for industrial automation and engineering software products.

Define test strategies, test architectures, test plans, and automation standards across unit, integration, system, regression, and end-to-end testing.

Develop intelligent AI/LLM-powered testing solutions for test case generation, analysis, troubleshooting, and technical knowledge retrieval.

Implement RAG based systems to leverage product/code knowledge base system

Build MCP servers integrating LLMs with embedded codebases, firmware documentation, IDEs, and engineering tools.

Integrate LLM/SLM capabilities into IDEs and engineering/test workflows to improve test development and automation productivity.

Develop automation solutions using Python, with hands-on experience in PyTorch, Hugging Face, or similar AI/ML frameworks.

Build and integrate AI workflows using LangChain, Haystack, LlamaIndex,



or similar orchestration frameworks.

Develop and maintain test automation frameworks using Python, Robot Framework, pytest, or similar technologies .

Understanding of Embedded & industrial systems and protocols such as Modbus/Modbus TCP, OPC UA and similar protocols.

Design reusable test libraries, automation components, simulators, mocks, stubs, drivers, and test utilities .

Drive CI/CD, Git-based cooperative development, test infrastructure, automation standards, and quality engineering practices across engineering teams.

Good to have - Prior experience on AI Model training methodologies

Technical Skills: Python, Test Automation Architecture, Robot Framework & pytest, AI/LLMs & Generative AI, RAG & LangChain/Haystack/LlamaIndex, PyTorch & Hugging Face
