You'll conduct audits, identify trends, and collaborate closely with the operations and compliance teams to support continuous improvement and maintain high-quality standards.
Qualifications
- Graduation in any discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in US Healthcare RCM AR Calling (Voice Process).
- 1+ year in a QA AR role.
- Robust analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
