It is also responsible for ensuring the maintenance of a good portfolio quality and for ensuring smooth credit appraisal processesAbout the RoleThe Credit Officer - AL manages core underwriting for Auto loan, Underwriting will be for different channels like DSA dealer, Branch, Digital.Key Responsibilities

- Approval Rates, basis the target will be reviewed for the year for the location - Approval rates for all the locations - for the full year.
- Turnaround time (TAT) from Login to Sanction - Login to Sanction for all products as confirmed.
- Early Warning Signal- Location wise FPD for term Loans - Location-wise FPD % for Business Loan as confirmed.

QualificationsOptimal qualification for success on the job is:

� Graduate / Post- Graduation (MBA/ CA preferred)

� Fresher or Experience in retail credit

Role Proficiencies:For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess:

� Knowledge of credit, industry and product trends

� Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and norms

� Valuable communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local language
