A technician with an education qualification of M. Tech or M. Sc. Or B.Sc. In organic chemistry, lubricant technology, surfactant technology or equivalent with 3+ years of relevant industrial R&D; experience.

- Laboratory studies and technical support

Perform laboratory studies, blend preparations, analyses and pilot batches in support of Industrial Fluids R&D; projects.

Conduct laboratory testing according to approved protocols and ensure timely delivery of reliable results.

Support method development, method validation and continuous improvement of laboratory practices.

Prepare technical reports and provide first-level interpretation of experimental results.

- Laboratory equipment and facilities

Ensure the availability, maintenance, calibration and qualification of laboratory equipment

Coordinate annual maintenance contracts and corrective maintenance activities with suppliers and service providers.

- Laboratory operations





Manage inventories of raw materials, chemicals and laboratory consumables.

Ensure proper storage, traceability and disposal of chemicals and hazardous waste in accordance with Company requirements

- External laboratories and collaboration

Develop and maintain a network of qualified third-party laboratories to support testing activities when required.

Coordinate outsourced testing activities and verify the consistency and quality of externally generated results.

- HSEQ and team support

Responsible for HSEQ of the lab equipment’s and the related site area.

Support the other teams like fuels additives, Industrial, special products team for analytical testing and support in development of current team members.
