ThreeBond India Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an active and detail-oriented candidate to join our plant operations team as a Quality Inspector in Chennai. Both freshers with relevant technical education and candidates with 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing quality inspection are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections of products and raw materials.
- Verify dimensions, visual appearance, and physical properties against product specifications and engineering drawings.
- Operate basic testing equipment, measuring instruments (vernier calipers, micrometers, dial gauges), and standard quality tools.
- Prepare daily inspection reports, non-conformance logs, and documentation in accordance with quality management standards (ISO/IATF).
- Coordinate closely with production and warehouse teams to resolve line defects and prevent non-conforming items from reaching dispatch.
- Support 5S, safety protocols, and plant audit preparations on the shop floor.





Qualifications & Skills:

- Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Chemical / Industrial Engineering, B.Sc, or equivalent technical background.
- Experience: Freshers or up to 2 years of quality control experience in a manufacturing plant.
- Basic familiarity with measuring instruments and reading technical test parameters.
- Working knowledge of basic MS Excel for shift-wise data logging and report generation.
- Positive communication skills and a disciplined shop-floor attitude.
