Job Purpose To ensure that all FRP Anchor Rebars manufactured by the company meet the required quality standards, technical specifications and customer requirements. The candidate will be responsible for conducting inspections, testing raw materials, monitoring production quality and maintaining quality documentation.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Raw Material Quality Inspection

· Inspect incoming raw materials such as glass fibre, resin, hardeners, additives and other consumables.

· Verify material quality against approved specifications.

· Maintain incoming material inspection reports.

· Coordinate with the purchase and stores departments regarding material quality issues.

B. Production Quality Control

· Monitor the manufacturing process of FRP Anchor Rebars.

· Conduct regular quality inspections during production.

· Ensure correct fibre-resin ratio, curing process, dimensions and surface finish.

· Identify manufacturing defects and take corrective actions.

· Monitor production parameters to ensure consistency in product quality.

C. Product Testing & Inspection

· Conduct physical and mechanical tests on finished FRP Anchor Rebars.

· Check product dimensions, length, diameter, weight and appearance.

· Perform tensile strength,



flexural strength and other applicable tests as per approved specifications.

· Ensure products meet customer requirements and applicable quality standards.

· Prepare and maintain testing reports.

D. Quality Documentation

· Maintain inspection reports, testing records and quality registers.

· Prepare daily, weekly and monthly QC reports.

· Maintain rejection, rework and defect records.

· Ensure proper documentation of quality checks and test results.

E. Quality Improvement

· Identify the root causes of product defects and production failures.

· Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

· Coordinate with production teams to reduce rejection and wastage.

· Suggest improvements in manufacturing processes and product quality.

F. Final Inspection & Dispatch

· Conduct final inspection before product dispatch.

· Ensure finished products meet approved quality specifications.

· Verify product labelling, packaging and dispatch quality.

· Approve products for dispatch after successful inspection.

3. Required Qualifications

· Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical, Civil, Chemical, Polymer or Production Engineering.

· Knowledge of Quality Control and Quality Assurance processes.

· Experience in FRP,



GRP, composite materials, plastics or manufacturing industries will be preferred.

· Knowledge of mechanical testing equipment and laboratory procedures.

4. Required Skills

· Knowledge of FRP manufacturing and quality testing.

· Understanding of tensile strength and mechanical properties.

· Knowledge of measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer and weighing scales.

· Good documentation and reporting skills.

· Problem-solving and analytical skills.

· Ability to coordinate with production and plant teams.

5. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

1. Reduction in production rejection and material wastage.
2. Accuracy of quality inspection and testing reports.
3. Timely completion of raw material and finished product inspections.
4. Reduction in customer complaints.
5. Compliance with product quality specifications.
6. Improvement in overall production quality.

6. Preferred Experience · 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing quality control.

· Experience in FRP Anchor Rebars, GFRP Rebars, composite materials or fibre-reinforced products will be an added advantage.

· Experience in handling QC laboratory equipment and maintaining testing records.

7. Reporting Structure

· Reports To: Plant Head / Production Head / Quality Manager.

· Coordinates With: Production, Stores, Purchase, Maintenance and Dispatch Departments.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
