Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month (based on experience and expertise)

About the Role:

We are urgently looking for experienced, dedicated, and detail-oriented QC Executives for our Packing Department to ensure that finished leather bags, wallets, and accessories meet international buyer quality standards before final packing and dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct 100% final quality inspection of finished leather bags, wallets, and accessories before packing.
- Check stitching, finishing, leather defects, colour, measurements, fittings, and overall appearance.
- Ensure products meet buyer specifications, approved samples, and export quality standards.
- Verify correct tagging, labelling, barcodes, packaging materials, and packing methods.
- Identify defective products and coordinate with production teams for immediate rectification.
- Monitor packing quality, carton assortment, quantities, and shipment readiness.
- Maintain daily QC reports, rejection records, and inspection checklists.




- Ensure timely inspection and clearance of goods to meet shipment deadlines.

Mandatory Requirements

- Practical QC experience in leather bags and wallets manufacturing is essential.
- Solid knowledge of final inspection, product finishing, and packing quality standards.
- Ability to identify defects and ensure compliance with buyer requirements.
- Good coordination, supervision, and reporting skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet urgent shipment deadlines.
- Experience: Preferably 3–5 years in Leather Goods Quality Control / Final Inspection / Packing QC.
