Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced QA Lead with 10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and Automation Testing, with strong hands-on expertise in Python and Playwright. The ideal candidate should have experience designing and developing scalable automation frameworks, managing QA teams, and driving automation initiatives.

The candidate should also possess good knowledge of databases, strong SQL querying skills, and experience in data validation and reporting. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Python and Playwright.
- Lead and manage QA teams, ensuring effective test planning, execution, and delivery.
- Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and support to team members.
- Drive automation strategies and continuously improve test automation coverage.
- Develop and execute automated test scripts using Python and Playwright.
- Work with databases and perform data validation using SQL queries.
- Write SQL queries involving joins, subqueries, and complex data retrieval.
- Generate and maintain test reports, dashboards, and quality metrics.
- Identify automation opportunities and improve testing efficiency.
- Collaborate with development, product,



and business teams to understand requirements.
- Manage project priorities, timelines, risks, and deliverables.
- Communicate project updates and quality metrics effectively to stakeholders and management.

Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of overall experience in Quality Assurance and Software Testing.
- Strong hands-on experience in Python programming.
- Extensive experience with Playwright automation.
- Strong understanding of automation framework design and development.
- Experience in leading and managing QA teams.
- Good exposure to databases and database testing.
- Strong SQL skills with the ability to write and execute complex queries.
- Experience in data validation, test reporting, and quality metrics.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Valuable to Have
- Experience in API automation testing.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automation integration.
- Experience with Git and version control tools.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with test management and reporting tools.

Desired Candidate Profile A hands-on QA leader with strong expertise in Python and Playwright automation, capable of building automation frameworks while leading and mentoring QA teams.
