We are looking for an experienced QA Lead with 8+ years of experience in both Manual and Automation Testing. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in designing and executing test strategies, managing quality assurance activities, and leading testing efforts across projects.

Candidates must have hands-on experience in both manual and automation testing and should be flexible enough to handle either activity based on project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage end-to-end Quality Assurance activities across projects.
- Design, develop, review, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing.
- Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts and frameworks.
- Identify, document, track, and manage defects throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Perform manual testing whenever required, alongside automation activities.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure quality deliverables.
- Review test results, identify risks, and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Drive continuous improvement in testing processes, methodologies, and automation coverage.
- Mentor and guide QA team members and ensure timely completion of testing activities.
- Participate in requirement analysis, sprint planning, and defect triage meetings.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.




- Strong hands-on experience in both Manual Testing and Automation Testing.
- Ability and willingness to switch between manual and automation testing based on project needs.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and different software testing methodologies.
- Experience in functional, regression, integration, and API testing.
- Hands-on experience with automation testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar.
- Experience with programming/scripting languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with defect tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in designing or enhancing automation frameworks.
- Knowledge of CI/CD integration for automated test execution.
- Experience in API automation using tools such as Postman or REST Assured.
- Exposure to performance testing tools such as JMeter is an added advantage.
