We are seeking a skilled Python Data Integration Engineer to join our agile team at KPI Partners. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data integration solutions that enable the seamless flow of data across various systems. You will work closely with data analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver reliable solutions that meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and deploy data integration workflows using Python and associated libraries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data requirements for integration projects.
- Design and implement ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources into data warehouses or databases.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integration, ensuring high data quality and reliability.
- Optimize data integration processes for performance and scalability.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for data integration solutions, workflows, and processes.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data integration and Python programming.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Python programming and data integration technologies.
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL tools.
- Experience with databases such as SQL, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques.
- Experience with cloud-based data integration solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Understanding of data governance and data quality best practices.
