Required Skills and Qualifications
- Hands-on full-stack development experience, with robust backend depth and practical frontend delivery experience.
- Strong backend programming skills in Python or C#/.NET, including object-oriented design and RESTful API development.
- Willingness to learn and work with Python and FastAPI is essential. Prior Python experience is preferred but not mandatory for candidates from a C#/.NET background.
- Working proficiency in React, JavaScript and TypeScript, including component development, state management and backend API integration.
- Understanding of HTML,
CSS and responsive design sufficient to deliver functional, maintainable frontend features.
- Experience with relational databases, including data modelling, indexing and query optimization, plus working knowledge of NoSQL databases.
- Understanding of authentication, authorization, input validation and secure application development.
- Experience with Git, automated testing, CI/CD, debugging, performance tuning and production support.
- Strong problem-solving, communication and collaboration skills with ownership through delivery.
- For Lead Engineer: Demonstrated experience producing HLDs, owning architecture decisions and guiding engineers through end-to-end implementation.
