Job Title : Stores Executive

We are looking for an efficient and organized Stores Executive to oversee our warehouse storage and inventory operations. You will be responsible for the safe receipt, systematic storage, accurate documentation, and timely issuance of all materials, ensuring seamless support for our daily operations.

· Receive incoming raw materials, consumables, or finished goods, verifying them against delivery challans and purchase orders.

· Inspect materials for physical damage or discrepancies in quantity and coordinate with quality teams for approval.

· Generate Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) promptly upon verifying incoming stock.

· Monitor inventory levels closely, tracking reorder points to prevent both stockouts and dead stock.

· Issue materials to production,



service, or internal teams against authorized indents and requisitions.

· Record all inward and outward material movements in the ERP system (e.g., SAP, Tally) or Excel logs in real time.

· Conduct regular physical stock verification, cycle counts, and monthly inventory reconciliation to maintain 100% stock accuracy.

· Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports on inventory status, material rejections, and shortages.

· Strong spatial organization, sharp attention to detail, and sound physical stamina for store audits.

Pay: Up to ₹26,000.00 per month
