We are looking for a PRT Mathematics Teacher with a minimum of 3 years of relevant teaching experience who possesses strong subject knowledge, effective classroom management skills, and the ability to make Mathematics engaging, practical, and meaningful for young learners.

The selected teacher will be responsible for developing students' mathematical understanding, logical reasoning, numerical proficiency, and problem-solving abilities through well-planned lessons, interactive teaching methods, and regular assessments.

The role involves working closely with the Academic Coordinator and fellow teachers to ensure effective curriculum delivery, continuous monitoring of student progress, and achievement of defined learning outcomes.

Eligibility & Job Details

- Position: PRT Mathematics Teacher
- Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate with B.Ed. or equivalent recognized teaching qualification

- Monthly Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000

Key Result Areas (KRAs)1. Curriculum Planning & Lesson Delivery Plan and deliver structured Mathematics lessons aligned with the prescribed curriculum, academic calendar, and expected learning outcomes.

Conceptual Understanding & Teaching Effectiveness

Build strong mathematical foundations through activity-based learning, practical examples, interactive teaching, and age-appropriate instructional methods.

3. Student Learning Outcomes

Monitor individual student progress, identify learning gaps, and implement appropriate remedial support to improve mathematical proficiency.

4. Assessment & Performance Analysis

Conduct regular assessments, evaluate student understanding, maintain accurate academic records, and use assessment results to improve teaching effectiveness.

5. Classroom Management & Student Engagement

Maintain a disciplined, positive, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation, curiosity, and independent problem-solving.

6. Academic Planning & Documentation

Prepare and maintain lesson plans, assessment records, student progress reports, and relevant academic documentation within established timelines.

7. Parent Communication & Academic Collaboration

Communicate student progress effectively and collaborate with parents, fellow teachers, and academic coordinators to support continuous learning improvement.
