Project Officer – Social Expert

Location: Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh Experience: 2-3 Years Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Social Work, Rural Development, Sociology, Development Studies, or related field.

Role Purpose

We are looking for a Social Development Qualified with experience in community mobilization, rural development, CSR, NGO, watershed, livelihoods, or water projects. The candidate will work closely with communities, farmers, village institutions, and government stakeholders to support project implementation and beneficiary engagement.

Key Responsibilities



Conduct baseline surveys, beneficiary assessments, and community needs assessments.



Mobilize communities and facilitate village meetings, awareness programs, and stakeholder consultations.



Work with SHGs, Farmer Groups, Water User Groups (WUGs), Gram Panchayats, and local institutions.



Support beneficiary identification and implementation of rural development and livelihood initiatives.



Coordinate community engagement for renewable energy projects such as solar pumps, solar streetlights, and solar drinking water systems.



Maintain project documentation, beneficiary records, reports, photographs, and impact data.



Prepare progress reports, case studies, presentations, and project documentation.



Coordinate with government departments, project partners,



and field stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
