- Experience handling a similar Medical College project.
- Experience with Civil, MEP and infrastructure works.
- Robust cost-plus contract oversight, resource auditing and construction progress monitoring.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Review the existing project execution plan and detailed schedule.
- Monitor construction progress against approved schedules.
- Track milestones and identify potential delays.
- Review contractors’ work programmes and progress reports.
- Highlight risks affecting time, cost or quality and recommend corrective actions.
- Identify design-related delays and coordinate between consultants and contractors.
- Provide weekly/monthly dashboards covering time, cost and quality.
- Maintain project registers (RFI, drawings, issues and other required documents).
- Escalate matters affecting time, cost or quality that require client intervention.
Qualification : B.Tech (Civil) / M.S. / D.B.M. or MBA (Construction Management)
