Role Description The PROJECT MANAGER – FIBER / FTTH / OSP CONSTRUCTION | U.S. PROJECTS will oversee planning, coordination, and execution of fiber, FTTH, and OSP construction activities for U.S.-based projects from the Hyderabad office. This full-time, in office role involves managing project schedules, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to technical specifications, quality standards, and customer requirements.

The role includes coordinating with U.S. field teams, vendors, and logistics partners; tracking material deliveries; and resolving project issues to maintain progress and compliance.

The Project

Manager will review construction documentation, inspection reports, and as-built records,



while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders through regular status updates and reporting. The position also requires continuous risk assessment, process improvement, and alignment with company standards for safety, performance, and documentation accuracy.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Project Management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, stakeholder coordination, and risk management.
- Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to track materials, follow up with vendors, and ensure timely delivery to support project timelines.
- Candidates should possess Inspection-related skills to review construction quality, verify compliance with standards, and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to coordinate material movement, manage inventory information, and support field teams across locations.
- Relevant experience in fiber, FTTH, or OSP construction projects, preferably supporting U.S. or international telecom operations.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and reporting abilities, with proficiency in project management and collaboration tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to work effectively across time zones and cultures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in telecom project management.
