Position: Branch Head – Thrissur

Department: Civil / Operations | Location: Thrissur | Experience: 10+ Years

1. Job Purpose

To lead and manage the overall operations of the Thrissur branch, ensuring smooth execution of projects, effective team management, business development, client satisfaction, and achievement of branch targets.
1. Roles & Responsibilities

2. Branch Management

- Take complete responsibility for the overall functioning of the Thrissur branch.
- Manage daily branch activities and ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor branch performance and achieve assigned targets.

1. Project Management

- Oversee all ongoing civil construction projects under the branch.
- Monitor project progress, quality, timelines, and budgets.
- Ensure proper coordination between site engineers, project engineers, and other departments.

1. Team Management

- Lead, guide, and supervise the branch team.
- Allocate responsibilities and monitor employee performance.
- Ensure proper communication and coordination among team members.

1. Client Management

- Maintain positive relationships with clients and handle client requirements.
- Attend client meetings and resolve project-related concerns.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and timely project updates.

1. Business Development

- Identify new business opportunities in the Thrissur region.
- Support the business development team in generating new projects.
- Build relationships with clients, consultants, vendors,



and other stakeholders.

1. Financial & Operational Control

- Monitor project expenses and branch operational costs.
- Ensure effective resource and material utilization.
- Coordinate with the finance and procurement departments.

1. Reporting & Coordination

- Submit regular branch performance and project progress reports to management.
- Report important issues, challenges, and achievements.
- Coordinate with the head office for approvals and operational requirements.

1. Required Qualifications & Experience

- B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the civil construction industry.
- Previous experience in handling teams and managing multiple projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

- Good knowledge of project execution, budgeting, and construction management.
- Ability to manage overall branch operations independently.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
