Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and result-oriented Project Manager to join our Civil Engineering Projects team. The ideal candidate must hold a B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering and have 20–25 years of extensive experience in construction and civil engineering project management.

. The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and excellent coordination skills to manage project teams, contractors, consultants, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, organize, coordinate, and manage civil construction projects.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, budgets, manpower, and material resources.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and safety compliance.
- Ensure projects are completed within approved budgets and scheduled timelines.
- Prepare and maintain project reports, technical documents, progress updates, and records.
- Oversee procurement of construction materials, machinery, and equipment.




- Provide technical guidance and support to site engineers and construction teams.
- Identify project risks, resolve operational challenges, and implement corrective measures.
- Attend project review meetings and prepare management presentations and reports.

Eligibility Criteria
- B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university or institution.
- 20–25 years of relevant experience in civil construction or infrastructure project management.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project planning, estimation, and execution.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale civil engineering projects.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple project activities and meet strict deadlines.
- Robust problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Willingness to work at project sites anywhere in Bihar.
