Position Title - Senior PMO

Location - Pune/ Bengaluru/ Gurgaon (Hybrid - 2 to 3 days WFO)

Shift timing - 12:30 to 9:30 pm IST





Notice period - Only Immediate Joiners preferred (0-15 or 20 days)

Job purpose: The PMO Analyst will work in a fast-paced environment and provide Operational support to the Project Managers, Business Management team and Development teams to ensure project adhere to standards, timelines, budget, and reporting requirements.

- 8+ years of experience in PMO with a focus on SPM.
- Proven experience as a PMO Analyst with SDLC lifecycle, project methodologies.
- Experience implementing end-to-end PMO solutions.
- Strong Agile experience handling Scrum & Kanban projects.
- Familiarity with the DevOps lifecycle (git, Jenkins, etc.), CI/CD processes.
- Experience in the financial services industry, financial instruments, asset classes, and market data are a plus.
- Assist stakeholders with tracking and streamlining the project / program plans.
- Maintain PMO related documents in share path.
- In-depth knowledge of PMO functions.
- Strong track record of excellent results delivered to internal and external clients.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills,



with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Able to work independently without the need for close supervision and collaboratively as part of cross-team efforts.

Key competencies:

- Experience working in a PMO organization and knowledgeable on the full SDLC lifecycle and project methodologies.
- Experience working with, JIRA, Confluence and MS Office Applications (including Excel & PowerPoint). Power BI knowledge a plus.
- Strong communication/presentation skills (written and oral) in cross-cultural business environment.
- Robust work ethic with focus on meeting deadlines and objectives.
- Must be highly energetic, detail-orientated, and extremely proactive, and be able to perform under pressure in a challenging environment.
- Experience working in the Financial Industry a plus.
