Project Lead – High-End Commercial Projects

Location: Bangalore

Total Experience: 13 to 18 years

Qualification: BE/ B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Full time)

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end execution of commercial construction projects.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and clients.
- Monitor project progress and ensure quality and safety standards.
- Resolve project execution challenges and ensure timely delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Full-time BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory).
- Total experience 13-18 years of overall experience.
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in commercial construction projects (Mandatory).
- Experience in Grade A commercial buildings, IT parks, Business parks, Tech parks, corporate offices, or premium commercial developments.
- Strong project management, leadership, and stakeholder coordination skills.
