Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Project In-Charge with experience in SCADA systems and the Renewable Energy sector, particularly in Solar or Wind Power Plants. The candidate will be responsible for managing project execution, coordinating with clients and technical teams, monitoring project timelines, and ensuring successful project delivery from design to commissioning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and monitor project execution, ensuring timely completion within the defined scope and budget.
- Handle project planning, resource allocation, scheduling, and team coordination.
- Coordinate with clients for project discussions, execution, and technical support.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or delays.
- Ensure smooth project execution from design, development, testing to commissioning.
- Coordinate with vendors, engineers, technicians, and internal departments.
- Prepare project reports, documentation, and progress updates.
- Handle client queries, escalations, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage project meetings and provide regular updates to management.





Required Skills & Technical Expertise:

- Must have hands-on knowledge of SCADA systems.
- Experience in Renewable Energy projects, preferably Solar or Wind Power Plants.
- Knowledge of PLC and SCADA / Movicon Programming.
- Knowledge of control systems and their interfaces.
- Understanding of operating systems, databases, and real-time processing frameworks.
- Valuable troubleshooting, error handling, and debugging skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Candidates with 2+ years of experience in SCADA and Renewable Energy (Solar/Wind).
- Strong technical understanding of electrical/electronics systems.
- Experience coordinating with clients, vendors, and technical teams.
- Willingness to travel as per project requirements.

Important Screening Criteria: SCADA knowledge + Renewable Energy experience (Solar/Wind) are the key requirements for this position.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
