We are looking for a Project Coordinator who will administer and organize day-to-day operations for Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) and structural steel projects.

You will act as the primary bridge between the engineering, design/detailing, factory/fabrication, procurement, site erection teams, and the client. Your goal is to ensure projects progress smoothly on schedule, within scope, and adhere to quality and safety standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Quotation Preparation & Estimation:

- Analyze structural drawings, client RFQs (Request for Quotations), and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) to understand project scope.
- Prepare accurate techno-commercial quotes and cost estimations for PEB systems (primary/secondary members, sheeting, accessories) and erection works.
- Revise quotes based on engineering changes, design optimizations, or scope revisions.

Material Procurement & Sourcing:

- Review Material Requisitions (MR) against approved drawings and coordinate with the factory and site teams.
- Source raw steel, roofing sheets, insulation, fastners, and specialized building components.
- Issue Purchase Requisitions (PR), follow up on Purchase Orders (PO), and track delivery schedules to prevent site delays.

Project Planning & Scheduling:

- Assist Project Managers in creating and tracking master project schedules, erection timelines, and delivery milestones.
- Monitor progress across design, detailing (Tekla/AutoCAD), fabrication dispatch, and site erection.

Drawing & Document Control:

- Coordinate the flow of architectural, structural, approval, shop, and GA (General Arrangement) drawings between clients, consultants, and the detailing team.
- Maintain up-to-date logs for RFIs (Requests for Information), change orders, transmittals, and site approvals.





Material & Logistics Coordination:

- Track Bill of Quantities (BOQ), material readiness, and dispatch schedules from the manufacturing plant to the construction site.
- Coordinate with transport vendors, site stores, and erection contractors to ensure timely delivery of primary/secondary members, roofing, and cladding.

Stakeholder & Site Communication:

- Serve as the central point of contact for daily/weekly updates between the client, site supervisors, subcontractors, and internal management.
- Conduct follow-ups on site issues, safety compliance, and labor/machinery requirements.

Reporting & Tracking:

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, delay analyses, and cost-tracking updates using MS Excel, MS Project, or ERP tools.
- Maintain project archives, issue logs, and closure documentation.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION & SKILLS Experience: 1 to 3+ years of hands-on experience in PEB (Pre-Engineered Buildings), structural steel framing, or industrial construction coordination.

Education: Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.

Technical Knowledge:

- Familiarity with PEB erection methodology, structural steel components (built-up sections, z/c purlins, decking, sandwich panels), and site safety.
- Basic ability to read and interpret GA drawings, shop drawings, and foundation layouts.
- Working knowledge of tools such as MS Office (Excel, Word), MS Project, or AutoCAD/Tekla viewing tools.

Soft Skills:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Multi-tasking, time management, and proactive problem-solving abilities under tight project deadlines.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
