Responsibilities A senior Mixing supervisor is responsible for overall shift -level control of Mixing operations by ensuring Safety ,Quality ,Delivery ,Cost and People development .
- Production Management :
- Achieve Day/shift Mixing production through DBH Management.
- Make sure ,NPT metric is in place for Productivity and tracking .
- Perform OEE/OA analysis to improve Mixing performance .
- Perform loss Analysis from DBH and working on gap .
- Lead HPT’s to achieve Value stream tasks .
- Lead GM Kaizens/ Kaizens to bring break through changes .
- Be flexible to handle both shift and General shift roles with MIS reporting
Process Control
- Ensure Mixing is carried out according to Approved Specifications and standard Work .
- Ensure batching report is reviewed and actions in place for improvement .
- Make sure Process Capability is maintained > 2 for critical Mixing parameters .
- Ensure end to end traceability is available in finished and semifinished stages .
- Bring Poke Yoke control in managing recipes and processing compounds .
