Production Head Extrusion

We are looking for an experienced Production Head to manage extrusion production operations at our Bhiwandi manufacturing plant.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end extrusion production and achieve production targets.
- Monitor production output, quality, rejection, wastage and machine downtime.
- Ensure smooth functioning of extrusion lines with minimum stoppages.
- Lead and manage supervisors and operators across shifts.
- Coordinate with Quality, Purchase, Stores and Maintenance departments.
- Implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
- Maintain production records and submit reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, ISO procedures and safety rules.

Candidate Requirements:





- Diploma / Engineering Degree in a relevant field.
- 10-15 years of manufacturing production experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in PVC / Plastic / Cable Extrusion.
- Knowledge of extrusion machines, dies, raw materials and process settings.
- Strong production planning, team management and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Excel is mandatory; SAP Business One is an added advantage.
