– PRODUCTION ENGINEER

Location: Sambhaji Nagar, Maharashtra

Experience: 2–6 Years

Industry: Electrical Equipment/Transformer Manufacturing

Qualification

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
- Candidates with relevant experience in transformer manufacturing will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute daily production activities as per production schedules and targets.
- Handle production process planning and ensure smooth workflow across manufacturing stages.
- Manage and monitor transformer winding and assembly processes.
- Coordinate tanking activities and ensure proper execution as per drawings and specifications.
- Ensure production activities are carried out as per approved drawings, quality standards, and manufacturing procedures.
- Monitor production output, manpower utilization, material availability, and machine performance.
- Coordinate with Quality, Design, Maintenance, Stores, and other departments to resolve production-related issues.




- Identify process bottlenecks and implement improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Maintain production records, reports, and process documentation.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards on the shop floor.

Industry Experience
