Food Processing / FMCG (Ketchup, Sauces, Mayonnaise)

Experience: 1 - 6 Years

Qualification: B.E / B.Tech Mechanical / Food Technology / Diploma in Food Processing

Job Purpose

To handle complete production of Tomato Ketchup, Sauces & Dips with quality, quantity and minimum wastage.

Key Responsibilities

1. Production Management:

Plan daily production as per target and sales requirement Handle complete line - Pulping, Cooking, Mixing, Homogenizing, Filling & Packing

Monitor Brix, pH, Viscosity, Temperature during cooking

1. Process Control: Ensure standard recipe / formulation is followed for each batch Control production loss, rework and wastage

Maintain cooking time, sterilization temp for long shelf-life
1. Manpower Handling: Manage shift operators, helpers and fitters Assign duties and ensure GMP,



safety & hygiene on shop floor Give training to workers on machine operation
2. Maintenance & Hygiene: Coordinate with maintenance team for preventive maintenance of Kettle, Pulpier, Filling machine Ensure CIP cleaning, plant hygiene & sanitation

Follow HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSAI guidelines
1. Documentation: Maintain daily production reports, batch records, yield reports Prepare stock reports of raw material & finished goods

Skills Required

Solid knowledge of Ketchup / Sauce manufacturing process Knowledge of production machines & automation Leadership & problem-solving skillsK nowledge of Food Safety Standards

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹44,000.00 per month
