We are looking for an experienced Product Specialist – Paver with strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in the servicing, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of asphalt pavers. The candidate should have extensive experience working with paver machinery and its technical systems.
- Handle servicing, preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance of asphalt pavers.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and electronic issues.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of paver components, operations and technical specifications.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and machine breakdowns.
- Conduct machine inspections, technical evaluations and performance checks.
- Guide and support service technicians in technical troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with customers to ensure machine uptime and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain service reports, maintenance records and technical documentation.
- Provide technical support and guidance for the efficient operation of pavers.
Requirements:
- Minimum 9 years of hands-on experience in paver servicing and maintenance.
- Strong technical understanding of asphalt pavers, preferably ABG models.
- Expertise in mechanical, hydraulic and electrical troubleshooting.
- Experience in handling customer-site breakdowns and service operations.
