As a Product Safety and Conformity Representative (PSCR) at Cavli, you will ensure that products comply with applicable safety, regulatory, statutory, and customer-specific requirements throughout the product lifecycle while driving product safety processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure product safety requirements are identified, implemented, documented, and maintained.
- Coordinate product safety processes across engineering, quality, manufacturing, and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and applicable IEC/BIS/CE/FCC/RoHS/REACH requirements.
- Participate in DFMEA, PFMEA, control plan reviews, and risk assessments.
- Review engineering changes and APQP activities for product safety impact.




- Maintain traceability and control of safety-related characteristics.
- Support supplier qualification, PPAP, audits, and incoming quality risk evaluation.
- Lead/support investigations of safety incidents, complaints, and field failures.
- Conduct product safety awareness training and support internal audits.
- Maintain product safety documentation and report KPIs to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Knowledge of ISO 26262, IATF 16949, APQP, FMEA, PPAP.
- Understanding of automotive product safety and regulatory compliance.
- Strong analytical, risk assessment, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant engineering.
