When users leave an application midway, ZynnexAI’s telephony system can trigger outbound calls to re-engage them and help complete their journey.

The company also develops voice AI agents for debt collection and borrower engagement, enabling compliant, scalable, and multilingual conversations across a wide range of financial workflows. Role Description The Product Manager will lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for voice AI products serving financial institutions, with a focus on user journeys such as KYC, lending, credit cards, insurance, and collections. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and prioritizing requirements from BFSI clients, analyzing product performance data, and translating market and user insights into clear product specifications. The role involves close collaboration with engineering, data, design, and operations teams to drive product development, ensure timely delivery, and maintain high-quality standards across voice and telephony systems.

Manager will oversee pilots and deployments, manage stakeholder communication, and continuously refine features to improve completion rates, compliance, and user experience. This is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

- Strong Product Management and Product Development skills for defining roadmaps, managing lifecycles, and delivering features that meet BFSI business needs.
- Proven Analytical Skills to interpret user behavior, funnel metrics, and operational data to inform decisions and optimize financial workflows.
- Hands-on experience with Project Management, including planning, coordination, and tracking across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Voice over IP (VoIP) or telephony systems, with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams building voice AI infrastructure.
- Understanding of BFSI processes (e.g., KYC, lending, credit cards, insurance, collections) and relevant regulatory and compliance considerations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work closely with clients and internal teams to align on priorities.
- Comfort with technical products and AI-driven solutions; ability to translate complex concepts into clear requirements and user stories.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field; prior experience in product roles within fintech, BFSI, or SaaS is highly beneficial.
