1. Role Summary

We are looking for a Product Manager who has managed SaaS products and understands both the customer and the business behind them.

You will decide what to build and improve, work with teams to bring those priorities to market, and track how the products perform.

We need someone who asks good questions, investigates problems without waiting to be asked, and makes clear recommendations backed by customer feedback, data, and financial analysis.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Product Strategy and Roadmap

- Set product priorities and maintain a roadmap that reflects customer needs and our business goals.
- Manage products from planning and launch through ongoing improvements, balancing customer value, cost, and delivery effort.

B. Customer Research and Product Development
- Talk with customers and review feedback and usage data to understand what is working, what is missing, and what needs to change.
- Turn product ideas into clear requirements and work with engineering, design, and delivery teams to get them released.

C. Business and Financial Performance
- Understand product revenue, costs, margins, and subscription pricing. Recommend changes that improve profitability and customer value.
- Track adoption, retention, churn, and recurring revenue. Investigate changes in performance and recommend what to do next.

D. Market and Competitor Analysis
- Follow competitors, vendors, and market developments to identify opportunities and keep products relevant.

E. Cross-Functional Collaboration and Stakeholder Management




- Work with sales, marketing, customer success, and operations on launches, product messaging, and customer needs.
- Keep leadership and stakeholders informed about priorities, results, risks, and decisions.

3. Required Qualifications A. Education and Experience

- Minimum 56 years of relevant experience.
- Degree in Marketing required or proven experience.
- Previous experience managing SaaS products, including setting priorities and taking products or features from idea to launch.

B. Product and Business Knowledge
- Understanding of subscription pricing, recurring revenue, customer retention, and product profitability.
- Experience gathering customer feedback, writing product requirements, and working with technical teams.

C. CRM and Data Analysis
- Experience using a CRM application to track customer interactions, review sales pipeline activity, and identify customer needs.
- Ability to analyze product and financial data, identify the cause of a problem, and recommend a practical solution.

D. Communication and Business Skills
- Explicit written and verbal communication, positive business judgment, and the initiative to identify what needs attention.

- You should know your products well enough to explain how they serve customers, how they make money, and where they can improve.
- We expect you to spot opportunities and problems early, investigate them, and recommend a course of action—not just report the numbers.
