Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Law graduates with at least 1 year of relevant experience in Privacy Law, Data Protection or Compliance.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in conducting privacy gap assessments and implementing the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA), 2023. Candidates should be passionate about Privacy Law, Technology Law and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and interpret privacy laws, including DPDPA 2023 and GDPR.
- Conduct data privacy gap assessments and identify compliance gaps.
- Assist in implementing DPDPA compliance requirements for organisations.
- Conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA).
- Draft and review privacy policies, consent forms, data processing agreements and other legal documentation.
- Support data privacy compliance assessments and implementation activities.
- Identify privacy risks and recommend appropriate controls.
- Conduct legal and regulatory research related to privacy and data protection.
- Support GRC consulting projects and client compliance engagements.
- Maintain compliance documentation, assessment reports and project records.




- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to support privacy compliance initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Completed B.L. / LL.B. degree.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Privacy Law, Data Protection, Legal Research, Compliance or Technology Law.
- Must have successfully completed 23 Data Privacy Gap Assessments.
- Must have successfully completed at least 1 DPDPA implementation project.
- Basic to intermediate understanding of DPDPA 2023 and GDPR.
- Practical knowledge of privacy policies, consent management and data protection regulations.
- Experience in legal research, compliance documentation and regulatory assessments.
- Excellent analytical, documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks effectively.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with hands-on experience in privacy-related assignments and compliance projects.
- Certifications in Privacy Law, Data Protection or Information Security will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with DPIA, data mapping, privacy assessments and regulatory compliance.
- Energetic, proactive and detail-oriented professionals with a strong learning mindset.
- Candidates interested in building a career in Privacy Law and Data Protection Consulting.
