Key Responsibilities & Requirements

- Own the QA discipline throughout the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Continue to own and ensure quality during the BAU phase for all deliverables.
- Minimum 10 years of experience working in highly dynamic Agile environments, preferably using Scrum/SAFe methodologies.
- Ability to multitask and effectively manage changing priorities.
- Establish QA best practices and processes, ensuring effective communication and implementation.
- Proven experience leading and owning QA practices, preferably for at least one Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Generative AI-based system.
- Strong expertise in writing comprehensive test plans for all features, ensuring minimal or zero defect leakage.
- Experience working with sensitive data while following security best practices.




- Ability to quickly learn and implement recent tools and best practices.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills.
- Experience with BDD practices. Exposure to specification-driven development and testing is an added advantage.
- Experience in load testing, customer testing, and security testing in cloud environments, preferably across multiple cloud platforms.
- Strong hands-on experience with GitHub Actions.
- Proven experience building effective automation for independent and integration-focused APIs, along with NFR testing.
- Experience with industry-standard testing tools such as Selenium and Playwright.
- Experience with Generative AI evaluation frameworks such as Phoenix is an added advantage.
- Ability to understand proprietary AI technologies and test systems built using such technologies.
