We are looking for a agile and technically sound Presales Executive to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have experience in presales activities, preparing technical proposals, understanding customer requirements, and supporting the sales team with AV solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable AV solutions.
- Prepare technical proposals, BOQs, quotations, and presentations.
- Provide presales support to the sales team during client meetings.
- Coordinate with internal technical and sales teams to develop customized solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical specifications.
- Assist in preparing technical documentation and solution designs.
- Coordinate with OEMs and vendors for product specifications and technical clarifications.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in Presales / Technical Sales / AV industry.
- Good understanding of Audio-Visual products and solutions.
- Product knowledge of LED Displays and Digital Signage is highly preferred.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and suggest appropriate technical solutions.
- Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Candidates from the AV, IT Hardware, or System Integration industry will be preferred.
