Role Description The Demo Consultant Trainee is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. In this position, the trainee will support and conduct product demos for prospective learners, partners, and clients, clearly explaining Crio.Do’s offerings and learning methodology. The role involves understanding user needs, preparing demo materials, customizing presentations, and responding to queries in a clear and professional manner.

The trainee will collaborate with sales, marketing, and academic teams to refine demo flows, gather feedback from sessions, and contribute to continuous improvement of the demo experience.



Daily activities may also include follow-up communication with interested prospects, documenting interactions, and maintaining accurate records in internal systems.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated communication skills, including clear verbal presentation and professional written communication.
- Ability to understand and explain technology learning concepts, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-facing skills such as active listening, rapport building, and handling questions or objections with empathy and clarity.
- Basic familiarity with software development or technology education environments is an advantage.
- Comfort with using productivity tools (e.g., presentation software, CRM or tracking tools, online meeting platforms).
- Organizational skills to manage multiple demo sessions, follow-ups, and documentation with attention to detail.
- Capacity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced, learning-focused setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; coursework or experience in technology, business, or education is preferred.
