Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on and commercially driven Platform Expert – Global Marketplaces to manage, launch, and scale Indian brands across leading international e-commerce platforms.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience managing global marketplaces such as Amazon US, UK, UAE, KSA, Walmart, Noon, or Temu, with strong expertise in marketplace operations, listing optimization, advertising, account management, and platform profitability.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and scale brands across international marketplaces.
- Handle end-to-end brand and product launches across global platforms.
- Optimize product listings, search visibility, conversion, and sales performance.
- Drive marketplace revenue growth, advertising efficiency, and profitability.
- Monitor platform P&L;, revenue, margins, advertising costs, and operational expenses.
- Manage marketplace agencies, internal stakeholders, and platform representatives.
- Resolve listing suppressions, account health issues, compliance requirements, and marketplace escalations.
- Develop SOPs and scalable processes for marketplace operations.

Required Skills & Experience




- 3–6 years of experience in global e-commerce marketplaces or international marketplace operations.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon US, UK, UAE, KSA, Walmart, Noon, or Temu.
- Experience in marketplace account management, product launches, listing optimization, and sales growth.
- Strong understanding of marketplace advertising, account health, platform policies, and compliance.
- Experience managing revenue targets, advertising budgets, and profitability.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience launching Indian brands in international markets.
- Exposure to multiple global marketplaces.
- Experience managing marketplace agencies and platform-level P&L.;
- Hands-on experience resolving account suspensions, listing issues, and marketplace restrictions.

Important Location Requirement The candidate must be comfortable working from Andheri, Mumbai, for the first 3 months and relocating to Bangalore from the 4th month onwards. Relocation is mandatory.
