Silicon Safepack Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a high-accountability, production-heavy Plant Head to manage our 12,000 sq. ft. fabrication shed. We specialize in custom metal pallets, forging boxes (ESR), material handling trolleys, and CKD packaging solutions for Tier-1 automotive and industrial clients.
If you are an Assistant Plant Manager or a Senior Production Incharge in Pune's industrial belt who feels stuck under corporate bureaucracy and is ready to step up and independently run a floor, this role is for you.
What You Will Do
- Command the Floor: Take complete ownership of floor discipline starting exactly at 9:00 AM, organizing daily workflows for a 40-member production team.
- Technical Execution: Overlook the entire linear fabrication sequence—from raw material laser cutting and robotic welding (MIG/MAG) jig setups to machining and powder coating and Shot Blasting.
- Optimize Resources:
Supervise raw material yield and manage heavy consumables, including the efficient utilization of them.
- Insulate the Team: Balance aggressive dispatch schedules with actual machine capacities to permanently eliminate machine downtime and stop supervisor burnout.
What We Look For
- 8 to 12 years of core, physical experience in heavy steel fabrication, metal pallets, or industrial storage solutions.
- Absolute fluency in both Marathi and English.
- The ability to independently read, interpret, and execute heavy engineering drawings with zero millimeter deflection.
- A direct, transparent communication style—escalating operational bottlenecks in morning huddles rather than pushing problems under the rug.
How to Apply
Directly message or send your resume detailing your experience with heavy fabrication and handling shop-floor teams. Immediate joiners preferred. Contact (phone hidden)
Pay: ₹558,000.00 - ₹1,950,000.00 per year
