We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Plant Head to lead the overall manufacturing operations of an Aluminium Foil Manufacturing facility.
The incumbent will be responsible for driving operational excellence, production efficiency, product quality, cost optimization, equipment reliability, and overall plant performance.
The ideal candidate must have extensive hands-on experience in Aluminium Foil Rolling, with a solid understanding of foil manufacturing processes, rolling mill operations, metallurgical properties, process control, and quality management.
